GRIPE DAS AVES
A Direcção-Geral de Veterinária (DGV) reitera a garantia de que o consumo de carne de aves é seguro. Num comunicado, o organismo recorda que o vírus da gripe aviária não se transmite por via alimentar, pelo que não há qualquer perigo para os seres humanos.
Por via das dúvidas e com alguma desinformação que reina ( ex. o virus morre depois de estar a mais de 70º c, não há problemas pras pessoas, será que alguém tem certezas?!) vou com muito desgosto abdicar da carne de frango, passarinhos fritos, perdizes fritas... Vou fechar o post porque tou quase a chorar de desgosto. Arranjem uma vacina, tratem das aves, façam o que quiserem mas deixem-me comer !
